i have this PTZ camera

in arena 7.2.0 i can control the focus slider and the autofocus button

i can´t control pan, tilt and zoom

with the new tek video monitor app everything works fine.

the NDI HX driver is installed

i got this parameters from a light operator for using artnet.
and on the same laptop the ELC buddy works fine with other applications. only the connection to arena seems not to work.

i tried both settings 0 and 1, the subnet is 0

yes, i can ping it. i can also control it with this elc remote panel via the browser and on the same laptop madmapper is working with the ELC buddy and the LED stripes.
i address the buddy correct in arena, i see dmx parameter changing in arena but then there must be something between arena and the ...

i used. 2.0.0.2 also, but it doesnt work. when using the buddy in madmapper everything works good. it must be a communication thing between arena and the buddy.

does anyone know how to bring the ELC dmxLAN buddy to work with arena 6.0.3
i use artnet 2.20.0.1 for the ethernet out and 2.20.0.2 for the device ip of the buddy. subnet 255.0.0.0

when importing DXV2.2 clips the default clip transport set in the preferences does not work anymore.
i have to restart the composition to use the default settings as set.
as soon one dxv 2.2 is imported the default setting is ignored and the transport is set to timeline although the default setting ...

i would like to play a clip with audio synced to an external smpte, why is this only possible to select smpte for the transport when there´s no audio in a clip?

its true, if you use apple compressor to convert to DXV then the video is cropped and not only scaled.
if you have a HD video to convert you get a file with 1888x1062 pixels. when using QT 7 player to convert everything is ok

do you have the same settings of the TC on both systems?
what is the source of your TC? it sounds like the TC is not a goot qulity.
does Arena show a stable running TC in the composition tab?
