still isnt working????:(

Ok purchased more plugins from your site yesterday. Downloaded them but only one works. I have a show tommorrow night and need to know if this is a download glitch from them please? This will be the first time I have used reolume live so need to be sure I can use it going forward.

Purchased th intrasinc plugin pack at the weekend. If I try to use the worm hole effect it does not execute and leaves reolume hanging anybody any ideas or suggestions why? All the other effects work fine just this one?????

Most probally a stoopid question but I bought some resolume plugins at the weekend how do I use them in the effects?
