A gtx1080 is the fastest I have around. I was looking at getting a faster laptop but took a chance with the Mac for improved portability. Performance seemed promising and it's consistently good. I wish I can see some RTX comparisons.

Yeah I checked that Advanced output had a simple slice sent to a 4k 60 secondary display.

16" M1 Max 32GB -

Files were duplicates of the original set of 20. so each layer had it's own source. after 60 layers I just duplicated a group of 10 layers- so not a true file count test- but got:

4k noise
36 layers @ 60FPS
85 layers @ 30 fps

4k clean
45 layers @60 fps
102 layers @ 30 fps ...

yes, the OSC address that is listed in the mapping does not actually work. I seems to be a bug.

OSC can't control the second transform effect that I apply to a clip.

the fist control works using this

the second control sows in the expanded income messages window but it does not affect the effect

Yes, there are many ways to skin a goat. This was meant for a specific time to be uploaded elsewhere with minimal intervention. Not a big issue to solve, just perhaps for convenience... say feature.

I needed some samples of the composition that were a specific length I found myself mentally counting seconds while recording clips and mixing. I'm thinking that having a counter displayed near or over the record button would be helpful for others who, like me, end up mixing the count.

I just found that my current issue is related to sound hardware. Opening Resolume while streaming a radio service I got an error saying that the browser experienced an error attempting to decode the audio file.

I'm on 5.1.4 but have noticed it for about a year so a few revisions back.
I only have a dedicated GPU on my current system.
