That should work. Alternatively you can change your resolume preferences to add a separate plugin directory. That's probably a better option since the Resolume installer may ...

If Resolume supported the Ableton Link protocol, it could more easily synchronize with a bunch of other systems (including other copies of Resolume running on separate machines) for multi-person performances.
