Hi everyone,
I'm using the most recent update of R7. I have some long term / unmanned outdoor projection installs that run automatic sequences using autopilot. These sometimes include multiple layers that are intended to sync'd together. An example is for our Holiday show we have a background on ...

Re: Rework Lumiverses /Fixture Handling/ Advanced Ouput Improvements
I have never worked on an installation or festival that does universe spanning per fixture. Loosing one channel isn't really the end of the world.
Typically wish devices(I see you bullshit Alibaba). Even for marshmello on V6 we got around this.
alittle bit of programming and foresight helps ...

Re: Rework Lumiverses /Fixture Handling/ Advanced Ouput Improvements
Oh man 200% yes to all of that. I find my self spouting to Madmapper whenever I have to deal with Artnet Fixtures or LED Mapping because of the missing features you mentioned. I'm happier in Resolume and would love to just stay there for these tasks with these improvements made.

Duplicating Lumiverse Fixtures Issue
Hi all,
In Resolume 7 as well 6, when I duplicate groups of lumiverse fixtures, it duplicates each individual fixture to the next address, instead of duplicating the whole group to the next available address.
An example:
I want to address and control a RGBAWU fixture.
Resolume doesn't have a ...

ShaderToy to ShaderToySender for FFGL
Hi,
Just got my hands on ShaderToySender from Spout and am looking to port some Shaders into FFGL format from www.shadertoy.com.
I am very interested in the image texture manipulation shaders (webcam, image or video source effectors) which I should be able to load as an effect in R6 (as a FFGL ...

Re: Live Cam issue
That seemed the be the consensus in the other forums I posted this as well. Funny thing is I've used magewell to capture live cameras after convertering to HDMI from SDI many times with no issues. It's just this one time that it seemed to break my whole system.

Live Cam issue
Had an issue with a live feed via magewell that was repeatedly nearly crashing my system on NYE.

Re: 4K from Computer to Datapath over Cat5
Oaktown - about 50 - 75ft would probably do it for the event that's soon on the horizon. In the future, the end goal would be to send the 4k signal up to my two datapath units on truss, as I have read you describe before. It was actually one of the deciding factors in buying these two x4's ...

Resolume License Question
When Resolume 6 was released I had upgraded my license to it, previous to this I had purchased R5.
Does this mean I still have an active Resolume 5 license that is different from my R6 license?
I ask this because I am working on a fixed installation at a club where the client does not need all ...

4K from Computer to Datapath over Cat5
Hi Guys,
My goal is to output video from my server over distance to two datapath x4's to simplify setup (3840x2160 @ 30hz to be split to 4 1080p outputs).
I've heard of this being done with fiber optic cable, which is outside of the budget from what I've seen in my research.
This is the basic ...
