SOLVED by switching to another computer. I believe the issue was caused by the two DVI ports of the GTX 670. One is DVI-I and one is DVI-D. Just a guess really...

Arena 6 sees all outputs on the same projector
Even if it's fullscreen output or advanced output, Arena only sends output to a single projector. Windows sees and identifies all screens corectly. Arena identifies 2 screens on the same projector. Problem persists with using a diferent projector, to check.

It works verry well now. Instaid of managing syphoned layers in Madmapper, now I am managing syphoned screens from advanced output. Thanks a lot!

Hello, from what I understand from the original post, I seem to be having a similar problem:
The auto-transition that works well in Resolume doesn't work correctly when it is syphoned in Madmapper.
