In clip Transport you have the "Play once & clear" selected so the first clip reaches the end then clear. After that the player starts to play the second clip from the beginning with the transition you have selected. It's a normal behavior.

the address 2.0.0.100 that is showed in the picture was an old setting. I did a lot of changes and tests to try to find the problem so when I did the screenshot there was no more network adapter on 2.0.0.xxx class.
I find online the address 239.255.255.250 is a reserved address for SSDP ...

Furthermore Arena is the only application that take that weird ip. vMix can see the ip of the network adapter.
Any help will be very accepted.

as you can see in the picture Arena is showing a wrong ip for OSC settings. The ip is not present in the Windows routing table and I'm not able to do OSC working. Never had a problem with this machine before.
Any ideas?

Arena 7.17.3 Windows 10 21H2 with latest patch
Processor Intel Xeon W2145 ...

the patch is working and listen to the OSC messages and trigger the column but if I save the patch and close Wire the effect applied to a clip is not working.

I did a patch that trigger a column when a specific clip reaches the end. I saved the patch as a effect and i'd like to drag and drops the effect on several clips. The patch is working but the effect not. What I did wrong?

The same here. Arena 7.11.3 and Blackmagic duo 2 playout is not smooth at all. Inputs work perfectly. With Vmix playout with duo 2 is good, same card same PC.
