If you’re on a Mac you could run OBS in the background. The web presenter works really well with that, and then you can Syphon the feed into Arena.

I never try OBS. I'd love to try that.
But i still demand Resolume to release a new update for Resolume 5 Arena that works fine with Blackmagic ...

I'm assuming you need the Blackmagic Web Presenter for another application, correct?

Why don't you add an SDI/HDMI capture card to your work flow and capture the signal from the SDI/HDMI loop-out?
