Re: how to: Control moving heads from resolume, live, with color
Is there a way to do this in Windows? That patch is for the Quartz Composer (Mac) only right?

Re: Exclude layer from composition effects
Don't worry about it. The CPU overhead for showing that parameter animation is negligible.
Even if I'm running the waveclock program for BPM and around 15 audio effects? I just feel like it takes me longer than necessary to switch between decks and the only thing I could trace it back to was the ...

Re: Exclude layer from composition effects
I have a question, if Im not worried about effects on the logo, is it better to setup different audio/bpm effect clips or hve them as composition effects?
I feel like bc composition effects are always processing audio/bpm (even if theyre not activated), the effect clips only do so when triggered ...

Waveclock Runtime Error
Any Windows users out there running waveclock? It's been acting up on me recently and now it won't open at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything I could think of/googled, but nothing worked. I click the .exe and then the runtime error pops up immediately.

Re: Pixel Mapping for Elation Cuepix Batten
Theres 7 on each side of the stage, so I plan to do 2 lumiverses. Any suggestions on placement of the fixtures?
You should do that from a single universe (as 14x30=420 < 512), unless you've already got a multi output artnet node. Since an LED batten has a much greater pixel-pitch than a video ...

Pixel Mapping for Elation Cuepix Batten
Is anyone familiar with this lighting fixture? Trying to pixel map 14 of these fixtures.
It has 10 RBG lights, so I assume that's 30 channels / fixture. But the manual says the fixture operates in 60 channel mode. I can set my starting channel address accordingly, but resolume only gives it 30 ...

BPM/MIDI clock sync
What is the best way for me to get midi clock from a pioneer djm mixer? I know they have a USB on the back and a MIDI out. Can I run the midi out from the djm to a midi interface on my computer for midi clock?
Also, would i be able to use that midi input as an external audio input for effects?
