No it won't.
But switching a deck to another takes some time, depending on how many clips you have in the decks.

I'm a musician making electronic ambient music.I'm using resolume with Ableton live to trigger video clip at the same time as my audio clip. Everything works really well and it had a lot to my performance. Althought I would like to know if there's a way to change composition via midi ...
