How can create a Strobe effect which will flick to the beat? Strobe effect has only Frequency but it can't be matched to the beat.
I want to use this to turn layer on/off to the beat. I am currently doing this manually with ByPass layer but when it's over 1/2beat on 120bpm I feel like my fingers ...

Hi, I have assigned knobs to control an opacity of a layer effects. When I switch between layers the knob's lights did not update.
