thanks for the reply. That was what I did, a channel that was off the screen was cousing the problem. This thread can be easily deleted, my fault. thanks a lot!

maybe someone knows the anwser for my little problem. In my next project I have to find a way.. NOT to blend layers. Like in photoshop - there is a blending mode called normal, what it does it just puts layers on top of each other (if a layers opacity is 100%). It might be a silly question ...
