You could use flash MX to do that.

Simply link flash param1 to font (or to a different premade clip)

Yep these plugins are really cool

Some are "CPU-intensive" like strechRGB but it's great :)

Keyboard Shorcut for "Bypass active effect slot" don't work . others three "bypass effect slot 1", 2 and 3 works well. (test in 2.0 final)

PS: previous posts about opacity sound detection was from me too ;)
