Well now I feel like an idiot. I switched my drivers back over to Studio mode and the normal went away. Thank you again.

The output from my Resolume has the word "normal" in the top right hand corner. I thought maybe it had to do with spout to NDI and NDI 4 tools so i got rid of them and the problem persists. I was using the ndi to have vlc output to resolume.
