Jpeg2000 is not supported currently, so if you're trying to load such a file that could be the reason.
I haven't seen png format that was not supported though.

Could you send us some of the images you have issues with to mail@resolume.com?

What's the image resolution you try to load?

Macbook Pro 2015. 16Gb RAM.

I've used these files with Arena 5 extensively. No issues at all.

i advice you (if time let it happen) dont use png or jpgs at all ;)

convert them to dxv one frames is the solid way.


Yeah I tried. Forgot to mention - Alley won't load my files either. Alley 2.1.8, the one that came with the Arena install. I think that's the only software that will convert ...

I've recently installed Arena trial with the hope of buying when I get my project further developed, but I'm having an issue. PNG and JPG files won't load. I sent to a mate who has Arena version 5 and the files play perfectly for him.
So there's an issue with this v7.1.2 rev69101 it seems.
