I got this problem recently..
When resolume was connected with outputs ... It flickering when I open advance output or save the comp or adjusting the brightness and open any other application also flickering the outputs ...

My pc configuration is

Msi z 390 motherboard
i 9 9th gen processor
40 gb ...
