I DJ online every Sunday from the UK. I stream via ShoutCast or similar.

If the opacity of the layer were tied to the FFT input for that particular deck, with an extreme envelope and high sensitivity, then if the deck were completely silent the layer would be completely transparent.

In Avenue: When I trigger a BPM synced clip, I see a visual countdown progress bar thing, then the clip starts on the beat. But what if I want it to start immediately but still be in time? How do I do that?

This works perfectly - except I'm using BPM sync. So when I trigger the random clip, I get a black screen until the beginning of the next bar. Is there a way to have a clip start in the middle of the bar but stay in time if I trigger it off-beat?

I would also like this behaviour. So eg I can hold down a pedal to increase opacity, and release the pedal to go back to the previous state. There’s no way to do this?
