I have the same issues. Only with screen mirroring i have output on composition and preview. When i switch to extended i have no more output on composition and preview.
I use also Mac OS Monterey and Resolume Arena 7.10.0 on the macbook Pro with DisplayLink Manager HDMI output on USB C ...
