I am trying to send Midi messages from a Wire patch "back" to Arena. The Midi-Monitor shows the messages being send, but Arena does not react to them. I set the binding to "any device" but Arena still does not react to (its own) messages. Is this generally possible without external ...

Any update on this?
I tried binding the slider to an midi input and map it to some midi-output of some other parameter with no success. Even tried building a wire-patch that sends those midi messages, but it seems, Arena does not like to receive it's own midi output to prevent feedback loops.

At least it's not only the APC40 MKII. I switched to an Akai MPD232, same issue. Same connection to the masking layer being active.

I just downgraded to Resolume_Avenue_7_16_0_rev_25503. Can no longer reproduce the problem on this version.
Reinstalled 7.17.1, problem is reproduceable again.

Midi-Out is affected as well. When I power up the APC40MK2 it takes nearly 10 seconds for all button LEDs to reach the correct state.

Resolume Avenue V7.17.0 and V7.17.1
Windows 10
CPU: AMD 7800X3D
GPU: ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming OG OC 24GB
RAM: 64GB DDR5
Midi: APC40 MKII
