After plugging in my SubZero MiniController and waiting a reasonable amount of time, Resolume did not recognise the new device and needed to be restarted to see it.

Id really love to be able to attach the log file file here but I can't. Please sort this out. Adding log files is a MUST to posting ...

OK, done that. I've sent a bunch of files via WeTransfer and referenced this topic in the message.

I've done a system restore back to the 7th but sadly it's still crashing. I don't understand this, as far as I know it was working OK last week, but I was using existing clips not new ones.

I'm getting a lot of crashes in both Alley and Resolume when opening some mp4 files I've just downloaded from Vecteezy. I have a feeling this is related to a Windows update that was installed yesterday. Sometimes they open OK, other times they will both crash frequently.

That's not a very technical solution to a technical problem though, I don't need post-it notes for other software. And not a nice experience for new users. I'm pretty sure this didn't happen in previous releases.

I have the SubZero MiniController, generally I run both these off the same USB port via a small hub on the desktop. But it was doing this before I started using the SubZero.

A few times recently after packing up after a gig and restarting Resolume at home I can't get to the app without a lot of faffing about, trying to move windows I can't see and generally getting annoyed.

Hi, I use an APC Mini controller to work my layers and clips, and a SubZero MiniController for effects.

I'm very active on the APC, using it to move between clips, blank layers, restart clips in time to the music, all done live with bands. I can guarantee that at least twice a day in an 8 hour run ...

I'm seeing this problem too with the latest release. I get a flash of checkered pattern along the bottom and lower right quadrant of the output display(s), sometime most of the right hand side.
