Unable to download MoiréMeltdown footage
I am unable to download my footage purchase of MoiréMeltdown. I have used both Alley and tried manually downloading. Is there a fix for this?

I am unable to download clips 10 and 11 for my footage purchase of DigitalMosaic 4K. I have used both Alley and tried manually downloading. Is there a fix for this?
