would it be a possibility to get all layer movement in 16bits or 24 bits even

I am testing the resolume with a console light chamsys, and the problem is that the movements are in 8bit (scale, pan, tilt, height, width) and would like to take them into 16bit (as low Pan, low Tilt, from the console).

is it possible?
