Also, can you confirm whether the transfer fee (if any) is included in the €350 price and that the license can be officially transferred through Resolume’s system?

Yes, you can use the APC-40 (original version) with the latest version of Resolume — it still works fine. You just need to configure the MIDI settings manually under Preferences → MIDI.
