Why don't you give all your logos and custom clips names like logo1, logo2, clip1, clip2, etc.... and swap them in a Logo and Clip folder before you start your comp?

Problem is, I'm usually tweaking the clips scaling, x,y position as the screens are in ...

That would be a dream come true.
I work in different venues and every night I have to copy/paste all the logos/custom clips to each deck!
