I have 2 layers on a group, and when i try to aply an effect on that group doesnt work, neither master or video fader on each layer.

Group layers start compositing on empty texture, like if they were separate compositions.
Play content in the group, then the effects should show an output.

I think you probably set your different screens in the advanced output to show those different layers. Then indeed you have a problem when you want to add a group effect but I would recommend use a slice transform effect on the two layers pointing them to the correct screen then you can easily add ...
