Interesting how we just get ignored when it comes to the configuration program for the react. The configuration software is listed as included with the unit at time of purchase - and has NEVER materialized...

What's up with that?

I'm sure the over 1000 people who have viewed this thread that may have been potential customers are having second thoughts about this hardware...

Don't get me wrong it's great hardware but is not delivered as advertised...
