I'm looking to get a laptop with 2 4k outputs, but I really need them to be frame synced... Does Nvidia Mosaic take care of this? I'm looking at either an RTX 4090 or RTX 5000 (laptop versions), does Mosaic work with those GPUs?
If not Mosaic, is there another option that is easily available for ...

Re: Datapath FX4 Alternatives
I'm really looking for a catchall solution for multiple different clients. Some are artists, some are film shoots, some are TV shows. It's 50/50 whether I run into needing SDI outputs or HDMI outputs.... So I guess two units it is!
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Datapath FX4 Alternatives
Does it make sense to just have an FX4 with HDMI outputs and four Blackmagic HDMI to SDI converters? Or am I asking for trouble here? Would that mess up the synced outputs of the FX4?

Datapath FX4 Alternatives
Can anybody recommend a good Datapath FX4 Alternative? I really like the FX4, but I'm wondering if there's anything available that's a bit more flexible? One night I might need SDI outputs, the next HDMI, etc. With Datapath, I have to have separate units for each flavor... Are there any good ...

Content Packs for LED Mapping
Hello all,
Can anyone recommend any good content packs for LED (pixel) mapping? I have the VJ survival packs and they are great, but I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some other resources.
Bonus points if they're not all super fast moving...
Thank you in advance.

Cool, thank you. What have you tested it with? Have you tried multiple outputs?

Apple M1 Max and Resolume
Hello everyone, I've been a PC guy my whole life, but I've had to by a Macbook in order to run MBox and I'm hoping to have it double as a Resolume laptop as well. I've heard that some people have had problems running Resolume on their Macbooks... Does anyone have experience with the new line of ...

Render to Advanced Output
Is it possible to render a clip so that it takes the properties of your slice in Advanced Output?
For example, I have a 4k clip, but I really just want to cut out a 756x432 section of that clip and have that as a stand alone clip... Is that possible to do with record or render?

Re: Codecs other than DXV
DXV did the job just fine. I always use DXV HQ for this stuff, but I will have ProRes as a backup going forward just in case. Thank you for the advice.

Re: Codecs other than DXV
Yeah it's the color bump. And I don't think that I actually NEED it, I just want to be ready with it just in case. It's for a film shoot, so they get very touchy about quality. Thanks for the info.
