soundflower 1.4.3 has been uninstalled and still avenue crashes on startup. tried switching audio inputs (there are only 2 choices built in mic or line). no dice. opened the console and here is the new error message;

I've tried everything I can think of but still when I launch the software, it crashes. This is on a new macbook pro. I was able to get it to work one time by playing with the output/input system sound. I use SoundFlower (cycle'74) and I think it may be the issue but I can't confirm that. I set ...
