So smooth playback is def a problem?
tried everything even on PAL res with firewire800 raid drives, 2.6 GHz macbookpro, DXV codec, one layer it stutters. I agree its not visible with fast moving clips (it tricks ones eyes), but its more then obvious if you use for exmp slow motion footage and slow ...

Gotta gig in lovley Sydney in june and need to find how to avoid intrelaced arteffect in livefeed option in resolume.

CPU recomedndation
Getting new resolume PC. what would be the best cpu in range 400-500 US$ and to be micro ATX compatible. I was loking opterons but there is no micro ATX MB.
I'm intending to use it only for resolume. no multitasking so I guess single core would be the choice. intel or amd - dosent mater to me.

Having a problem with streaming from workstation to workstation. both machines are playing fine 640x480 (indeo 5.1) from ineternal discs, but there is visible delay when using vidnet. (it will jerk 1 or 2 times in 5 sec). very anoying on big screen.
