What about a Second Recording Function ?
If you want to Resample a Loop with effects, theres always the problem that you have to Cut these recorded loops to the original lenght.
So what about a "One Shot Recording"?
A button that records exactly in the lenght of the active layer. No More mess with HD-Space or Cutting-Orgies.
Loop Resampling
Yeah, Videosampler is the way to go!
But personally i find videosampler somewhat unhandy. I had some improvement ideas some time ago, but got no response from ff-programmers i've emailed.
Would like to see:
* one big button (via MIDI ?! ) to start/stop the sampling loop, recording should _always_ be done in background
* second parameter: replay-speed adjustable from 0.1 to 4
* third parameter: amount of looped frames, downscalable to almost 1 (lets say: to 5)
* fourth parameter: way of looping: forward, bounce, backward-bounce (like bounce, but starting backward) or random
What do you think?
