I think I've reached the limits of Avenue and I'm afraid my next project won't work.
I'm planning to display, for example, 3 cameras (or videos, it doesn't matter at the moment) simultaneously in one output. I've created a nice overlay with 3 free fields, each of which will hold a different camera.
Is this even possible? It works in OBS, but I'm currently trying to design everything with Avenue.
I've managed to display 2 cameras simultaneously using the "PIP" plugin, but I want more.
Thanks from Berlin.

Re: Next Level: 2-4 cameras simultaneously in one image output.
If I understand correctly, I think that's very well possible. I would do it like this:
Make a composition with four layers. If you're overlay has three cut out for the screen, you can put it on layer four if it just reserve space for them I would put it on layer one then on layer to start with your first camera. Just resize the layer 2 with the layer transform fx, to fit exactly inside the correct space. Do the same for the other two layers for the other cameras.. then whatever you play on layer 2 will go to the first Camera slot and will immediately fit exactly (as long as all your clips are the same size of course.) that same for layer 3 and 4.
I hope that helps you out if you have more questions don't hesitate to ask

Hi,
Not sure what Pip Plugin you are using but it should work with or without this
And it will work with Avenue for sure.
You just need to be sure not to block any of the cam signals with something else...
Background as fullscreen
Cam 1
Cam 2
Cam 3
Just "Transform" them were you want them to be.
The only thing that might be usefull and is arena only is slice transform. But thats just a nice to have and not needed to get it working.
German:
Moin,
