cant see any files!

Post by Anonymous »

Hi all, i just downloaded the resolume 2.2 trial version to try it out, but I cant see anything in the files section!? I saw the comment on the font bug mentioned on the site, but following those instructions didnt work either (in fact I didnt even have the files mentioned there, adn had the ttf installed on my system straight up). I have text everywhere, except no files or folders appear in my files section! is this a bug or am i juz doin something wrong?
(i tried to do a screengrab, but when i press printscr, what it captures is all garbled)

Operating System: win xp sp2
Processor: athlon barton 2500 @ 2800
Videocard: geforce fx5600 + geforce2

cheers,

(continuing my post above)

Also when i goto effects/sources or decks, its all empty.

And if I goto screen setup, the dropdown boxes where it says process resolution and output resolution are empty too. As are some sections in the preferences.... seems some text is appearing, some isnt.

any ideas?

after reading the problems on this forum and having the same problem myself. it looks and feels like the devs dont give a shit, as this question has been asked many times with no answer. Me for one will not pay for this product as the support is almost non existant

can't change directories, can'T load files - nothing happens at all.
WinXP SP1 DirectX 9.c, all drives NTFS, Pentium 4 2.66 GHz, 1024 RAM.

Should I forget about using this app or is there any hope?

regards

if you are going to continue to be rude like this it,s better to do us all a favour and forget about it. If you would like to help us and yourself please send us a screenshot and a copy of the the file log.txt from the Resolume 2.3 Program Folder. (allthough i doubt that there will be anything in there)

Thanx!

Try deleting the settings files (all files in that folder) in the resolume2.3\settings folder and restart Resolume.
Don't delete the midi sub folder!

Cheers
Edwin
