close range projector?

Post by bart »

we,re looking for a projector that can throw the largest possible image from a very close range (about 1.2 meter). Does anyone know of a projector or maybee a wide angle lens for a projector that can help us do this?

Have a look at the weird NEC projector: WT610. It uses a mirror and special lenses. Plus some nice "electronic wall" stuff ...

maybe one can imitate the effect by using a big mirror?!

it has a dvd player, because its targeted at home theater users.... but the price should be under $2000

acording to the website it comes in two models, the et10 and the et20, only the et20 has an integrated dvd player. wickit, this looks good and 'afforable' too bad the screen resolution is kinda weird at 854 x 480.
