HELP-converting everything

hi everyone,, just wondering i want resolume to run smoothly but i have been collecting clips for ages and well i suppose firstly what is the best and most resolume friendly codec.... and is there a program that i can throw all my clips into and let it do all the work.... and change alll the codex for me..LAZY I NO

I can answer one questÃ¯on:
For the best codec use a MJPEG codec (take a look in the resolume shop). i don't no what a good converter program is.

For Mpeg and Avi the best Coverter is virtualdubmod. You can Batch Process with different Settings and Filters. And its free......
