Need a converter for MP4 and 3GP!!!

Hi Everybody,

I have some videos files and need to convert them to MP4 and 3GP.I know that there are lots of software that provide you with this service but I am looking suggestions from you so that I can get a good one from your suggestions.

It will probably be possible.. but its not a good idea. Exporting Mp4's requires alot of CPU power, to do this in realtime would slow down resolumes performance.

you would be better off recording to a lower cpu usage codec, and recoding to MP4 afterwards using quicktime pro
