Problem whit ati mobility radeon 9700

Hello friends the problem is the following one, when I initiate the program there goes out for me a window of warning that says to me " Your videocard has unsufficient specs to run this application " but I read on the specifications that it was from 9600 or upper, I have updated the drivers to omega but it does not work either, has some solution?
