Sorry one more thing: this yellow beat bar counter next to the beat counter, it is expected that it moves?becaus in my case, it doesn't move from 1.1 value why?

Do you have midi clock turned on for any devices in the Midi tab of the preferences?

Sometimes when I don't have an output configured in the preferences I do get the same behavior.
