Max Size and Output Strobe

Hey Guys,

So i have read "The new maximum composition size will be 8192x8192."
My question is what is the max PNG size to be able to be input? (8000px*8000px crashes Arena when on a 1080P comp size)

Next issue is when the mouse accidentally gets clicked on a part of the output when output is duplicated onto the preview i get uncontrollable strobing until i disable all outputs.

Arena4, Win 7 64, i7 930, UD5,
12Gb Ram, Raid 0, HD5850,

After I read your post I've created a 8192x8192 PNG (168MB) and added it into R4-Arena Comp @ 1920x1080...
no problem so far... I animated the picture via timeline animator...not smooth...but it works.

Thats funny...I had exact the same bug...now I tried to recreate it. Nothing...everything is fine here.
The only thing I changed is my graficcard one week ago....

Maybe there are compatibility problems with ATI cards and the advanced output feature?!

With my last ATI HD6850 card I had the same issues like u....now I use a nvidia GTX580 and all problems with the advanced output are gone.

HD6850 is mabye a bit to small?

a bit to small for what? hmm... I really had great test results with my old 6850... no problems at all.

i´m using HD5870 for 5 x 1024 x 768 (5120 x 768) @ 25 - 32 FPS
for the desktops works a HD6950 FleX.
