No connection to MIDI hardware (x-session pro)

Hey guys...

I've got a huge problem with my new x-session pro by m-audio.
Everytime i want to click to enable the midi connection to my x-session pro comes the message that it couldnt connect to it because the port is used by another application. Does anybody now what that means?


How can i figure out which exact application uses my midi signal or how can i can i get rid of this problem???
