German Alphabet in Flashtext?

I just bought some Text-SWF-Files to get some Text into Resolume Arena 4. But it is not possibel to Show the german letters 'ae', 'oe', 'ue' (or in german: ä,ö,ü).
Who do i have to please for a solution of this Problem? The ResolumeTeam or the developer of the Flash-Files? Or is there a 'workaround' that i can do myself as a newbie to Flash?
I have the FLA and the SWF-Files of the text-animations.

Did you make sure those glyphs are embedded into the font?

Oh, thanks for the information. The Problem is, that i have bought the FlashFiles and i only have the swf-files...
