Numark Orbit Midi Mapping

I have each of the 16 square buttons lined up to go to a different parameter in each deck. I'm editing the MIDI mapping in Deck mode, but for some reason I can't set the K buttons or the 1, 2, 3, 4, buttons on the Orbit to switch decks in Resolume. Has anyone been able to successfully switch decks using this controller?

1,2,3,4 are used to select banks, which changes the midi signals being sent out from the other buttons. As such they don't send out midi commands.
