Fixture editor missing in osx Arena menu, fixtures don't upd

- I see the fixture editor in the "Arena" menu in windows, but not on OSX.

- If you edit fixtures in the editor, the edited fixtures don't update in the Advanced output if the advanced output is closed, until they are switched to another and back.
The sent dmx data channel count however is what you would expect, when changing a fixture,
The actual data seems to be correct - as if I would have the same geometry new fixture, in place of the old one.

- when the fixture input is dragged outside the input canvas the pixel data shown is not black - it is black in the dmx output correctly.

- fixture gamma has no effect on the output data, or am I missing something?

- In preferences the dmx input output list always jumps to the top on adding, removing IOs, when there are a lot of IOs that can be very annoying.

- the New Output button in preferences is only active to the middle of the button, if you click the right side of the button nothing happens.
