After Effects not reading DXV3 codec *SOLVED*
came across this issue putting together an intro for a show and was going to use some DXV3 content. I get this error "file cannot be imported this ".mov" file is damaged or unsupported. also when i try to play the file from Quicktime it reads "additional software is required for Quicktime play back this media..." perhaps its an issue with Quicktime? please help! thanks!

just had to reinstall the DXV3 codec
