A Two Button Project
Re: A Two Button Project
Great! Don't forget that the up-and-down arrows will move the active layer up and down.
Re: A Two Button Project
Is there a way to map those arrow key functions to a MIDI controller? Even if it were mapping those MIDI controller to the arrow keys in general, so that they would work as arrow keys in every case.
There are 4 unused arrow key buttons on my APC40 that I would love to use to move through layers, or use in Advanced Output...

Re: A Two Button Project
On a win PC u can do that using BOMES Midi Translator. Dont know if theres a free version.
I can try if u want. Have to do the same for the Enter Key in my mapping.

Re: A Two Button Project
Bomes is windows only? If so I'll just be looking for "OSX MIDI Translator." I could prpbably cobble something together in Processing, just would love to have as few apps running simultaneously as possible.
Re: A Two Button Project
I think Bomes supports Mac OS.
Re: A Two Button Project
This little free program may be what you're looking for on Mac: midiStroke
Re: A Two Button Project
I f*cking love this forum.
Re: A Two Button Project
Tried to Do it using Bomes MIDI Translator but it does Not work for arrow and enter Keys.
Arrow Up and down is interpreted as scroll Up and down by resolume.
Enter wont be recognised at all.
