QWERTY Number Mapping

Is it me, or did something change from 5.13 to 5.14?
In 5.13 the QWERTY number keys by F1-F8 (not keypad numbers on the right side of the keyboard) did nothing. I mapped those to kill the layers with said number (number 1 killed layer 1, so on and so on)
In 5.14 those number keys now fire the clip in the selected layer (if layer 3 is selected, and i press 1, it fires clips 1 in layer 3, so on and so on) as well as kills the layer I have it mapped to.

I've checked my mapping settings and the app's preferences and came up empty.
Am I missing something? Thanks for the help

Did you check application key mappings and then change from layer to deck?

This used to get me all the time on random updates and i'd forget to switch the mapping tab at the bottom corner. It sounds like layer but maybe something weird happened and deck is acting as layer.

That did it! Man.... That is sooooo strange. I NEVER map application, I only do composition just so things like this don't happen.... I'm really baffled on how this got mapped?
I checked the comp but didn't check the layer part. Thank you so much for the help
