Decklink Mini Recorder 4k captures just fine into BM Media Express, but in Arena 5 I just get a black screen for that input. Obviously I ensured the video format was assigned appropriately.
I'm running an HDMI input to capture a keynote/powerpoint presentation. The composition is a 3 projector output blend across a 75' wide screen. The captured input is in a PiP style slice on each outside projector.
Is there some other area where I be missing a setting that would effect this?
System:
Gigabyte Z270X Designare MB
Intel i7-7700 3.6GHz CPU
EVGA GeForce GTX1080 Ti GPU
Samsung 850 Pro 500GB SSD
16GB Ballistix Memory
All drivers and software are at their latest versions.
Can anyone help me this this?

Is Blackmagic Media Express still open when you're testing with Resolume?

No, I've ensured that nothing else is open when using Arena 5. I aware that only one program can access the capture card at a time.Oaktown wrote:Is Blackmagic Media Express still open when you're testing with Resolume?
I'm trying to figure out if anyone has been successful with this specific card in Arena 5. I've tried everything I can think of, so I'm hoping someone knows something that I don't.

If you click on the blackmagic clip's name to preview, does the preview also show black?
