Mapping issue

Hi there

Ive been tyring to map out my midi keyboard to Resolume and Im half way there but every time i enter midi mapping mode regardless of which layer I have selected, it always reverts to layer one essentially stopping me from being able to map any other layers.

Have I accidentally clicked something or turned something on/off by mistake or does this sound like a bug?

Which Resolume version do you have this happening?
Could you make a screen recording of this, and some screenshots of your midi preferences and mappings?

When you say reverts to layer one does it jump to layer one or your just seeing the same midi shortcuts? A lot of people of getting tripped up by selected layer as the target default instead of this layer.

Im using Arena 5.0.3 and its jumping to layer one.

when you enter midi mapping, then in the place of the preview monitor you see these buttons.

switch them to Deck focus.
