Intensity Shuttle Problem

I have an Intensity Shuttle for Thunderbolt and I'm using Arena 6.0.10.
I can't input the video.

How could I setting or how could I do if I want to input the video?

have you tried to update the Desktop Video program?
Did you select the right input from option in Resolume Blackmagic input?
