keyboard shortcut for selecting active effect slot

In the same way that F1, F2, F3 select the active layer, it would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut for selecting the active effect slot.

Sometimes I use a MIDI controller with a small set of controls, which can really only work with one set of effect parameters at a time. It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut for switching the active effect slot, this way I could move from effect to effect and manipulate it with the MIDI.
