AKAI APC40 MKII Mapping

Hi to all,
I´m keep searching and searching without getting a resolution for my problem:
I use a AKAI APC40 MkII and have loaded the default Shortcuts. How can I get the ´connectprevclip´ to Layer 4.
In default you can switch trough the clips by pressing
1 for Layer1
2 for Layer2
etc.
how can I set
4 for Layer4

In other words how can I get the Cursor - Keyboardshortcuts to the APC40?
